Submissed papers are assesed by the member of the editorial stuff. Articles pre-qualified by the editor are then forwarded to an external reviewer.

The author or authors of the article and the reviewers do not know the identity of each other. Thus, every paper comes under double-blind review.

The written reviews contain a clear statement of the terms of publication of the paper (in the submitted form or after the reviewer's comments), or a clear and reasonably substantiated conclusion on its rejection.

Due to the referring process, the anticipated time for the publication decision is approximately 3 months.
