The Institute’s activity includes education in Polish literature and culture. It offers doctoral programmes (Full-time Doctoral Programme at the Institute of Literary Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Interdisciplinary Doctoral Programme ‘Digital Humanities’ and, starting from the new academic year, Anthropos Doctoral School), postgraduate programmes (Gender Studies, Teaching Polish as a Foreign Language, Culture Management in Government and Local Government Administration, and in Non-governmental Organisations, Postgraduate Polish and Jewish Studies), as well as courses, including: Creative Writing, Literature and Psychoanalysis, Correct Use of Polish, Practical Rhetoric, and Workshops on Screenplay and Drama Writing.
The Institute takes part in the Erasmus+ programme, with the goal of improving the quality and expand the international reach of its educational offer, aiming at an intensified exchange of students and lecturers with partner universities.
How the studies in Anthropos Doctoral School co-created by The Institute of Literary Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences will look like? What will be the criteria for admission for PhD students? The organizers will talk about that during the open days in Warsaw and Cracow. The event in Warsaw, to which we cordially invite, will be held on June 13 in the Tadeusz Manteuffel Reading Room of the Institute of History of the Polish Academy of Sciences, 15:00-17:00.
We already know the framework of the education program, which announces interdisciplinary seminars, doctoral seminars common to all students and workshops improving scientific work and the so-called soft skills.
