On June 10, 2016, the Institute of Literary Research, Polish Academy of Sciences joined the elite group of Polish scientific institutes awarded by the European Commission with the "HR Excellence in Research" logo.
This certificate is awarded to European scientific institutions whose internal staff policy and recruitment procedures comply with the principles set out in the 'European Charter for Researchers' and the 'Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers'.
The institutions awarded with the "HR Excellence in Research" logo are promoted by the European Commission in an international scientific environment as providing researchers with the best working and development conditions.
In accordance with the guidelines of the European Commission regarding the recruitment and employment of researchers (OTM-R), ILR PAS has updated its regulations for conducting competitions for research positions.
